Dear Partners,
When we founded LC Sign in Shenzhen in 2011, we started with a simple belief: exceptional craftsmanship and sincere service could connect Chinese manufacturing with the world.
From the beginning, we focused on international markets and built our foundation on two principles: high-quality standards and thoughtful customer service. We understood that every signage project represented more than a product — it represented a brand’s identity, business goals, and the trust our customers placed in us.
Over the past 15 years, LC Sign has evolved together with our global partners. Starting as a craftsmanship-driven signage manufacturer, we gradually expanded our capabilities through engineering expertise, international project experience, and a deeper understanding of global markets.
But our journey has never been without challenges.
We believe challenges are not obstacles to avoid — they are opportunities to grow and transform.
During the pandemic, traditional ways of connecting with customers were disrupted. Exhibitions, face-to-face meetings, and offline communication were no longer possible. Instead of waiting for change, we embraced it. We moved beyond traditional channels, built our digital presence, and created new ways to connect with customers worldwide.
After three years of continuous effort, our global community grew stronger, with our social media platforms reaching more than 10 million followers worldwide. This experience reminded us that challenges can open new doors and lead to unexpected opportunities.
Today, LC Sign has evolved from a signage manufacturer into a global Project Delivery Integrator (PDI), supporting brands and EPC partners with complex signage projects across international markets. Through our MaaS (Manufacturing as a Service) model, we integrate design adaptation, engineering, manufacturing, and global execution to simplify challenges and deliver scalable brand assets.
Yet, technology and capabilities are only part of our story.
The foundation of LC Sign has always been partnership.
