Empowering the Next Generation: Youth Career Empowerment Program

In June 2026, LC Sign officially rolled out its 2026 Youth Career Empowerment Program, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) talent development program launched by the company. This year, the company welcomed four students from the Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce into its corporate workspace and modern manufacturing facility.

At LC Sign, we believe real professional growth begins with a practical understanding of industry operations. By introducing students to actual workflows and mentoring, the program helps bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial execution, guiding them toward their future careers.

Phase 1 : Program Launch & Youth Declaration

The program kicked off with an official Welcome Day. To mark the transition into their new roles, mentors presented each student with a Program Badge. With the badges pinned on, the four students recited their Youth Declaration: “Embrace curiosity, master practical skills, honor professionalism, and pursue continuous growth.”

Phase 2 : Department Rotations & Mentorship

During the first week, the students gained practical experience in the daily operations of a global signage manufacturer. Their rotation covered five core departments:

  • Product Design
  • Engineering Management
  • Intelligent Manufacturing
  • Quality Control
  • International Business Collaboration

To ensure valuable hands-on experience, each student worked with an assigned industry mentor. These seasoned industry experts provided direct project guidance, shared manufacturing insights, and offered career guidance, helping students understand the commercial logic of the global signage supply chain.

Phase 3 : Midway Reflection Session

On Day 5, the program held a structured Midway Reflection Session. This session served as an open forum for students to exchange thoughts around three core themes: their greatest gains, the practical challenges they encountered, and their updated perspectives on their future career goals.

Phase 4 : Final Presentations & Conclusion

The program concluded with the final presentation session, where students demonstrated their practical results and insights to company executives and institutional representatives. A notable highlight was the mentor appreciation segment, where students presented handwritten letters to their mentors, expressing gratitude for the guidance and professional connection built over the two weeks. To honor their completed journey, LC Sign awarded all participants an official Certificate of Completion.
