Phase 1: Initial Batch Order & Quality Testing

The collaboration began with a small-batch order to evaluate LC Sign’s manufacturing quality and responsiveness. With requirements for short lead times and transparent production updates, LC Sign completed the initial batch on schedule, gaining the trust of both the client and hotel management and securing its role as the project’s supplier.

Phase 2: Rapid Pricing Response for Urgent World Cup Bidding

After the initial orders, the project entered its main phase. Facing a tight renovation schedule before the World Cup, LC Sign quickly completed the pricing evaluation for a complex signage project, including both illuminated and non-illuminated logos in various sizes, dozens of directional signs, and hundreds of custom guestroom door plaques. Phase 3: Segmented Rolling Production & On-Time Delivery

Production started immediately after order confirmation. Workers fabricated backlit logos, antique bronze directional signs, and high-precision acrylic ADA signs with color-matched dots. LC Sign managed multiple production lines and provided matching installation components for different mounting conditions. Through phased shipments, all products arrived safely and on schedule before the hotel opening.
