Overview

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery, located in Aurora, United States, is a SAMHSA Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grantee providing comprehensive mental health services. The facility aimed to achieve a clean, minimalist, and calming visual language that conveys safety and clinical professionalism. From January to May 2026, LC Sign delivered a complete healthcare signage system, including one multi-element illuminated monument sign, three illuminated channel letters and various applied signage components, ensuring precise fabrication, structural accuracy, and coordinated multi-site delivery.

Challenges

LC Sign encountered significant challenges across manufacturing, assembly, and logistics in the project.

• Overall Structural Complexity: The multi-element illuminated monument sign combined aluminum, stainless steel, and acrylic materials across multi-layer illuminated cabinet structures, requiring highly integrated engineering to ensure stability, alignment, and visual consistency.
• Tight Precision Requirement: Fabrication demanded tight tolerances, with minimum component accuracy controlled within approximately 0.063 inches (1.6 mm), requiring precise coordination across multi-material and multi-layer assemblies.
•  Assembly and Logistics Difficulty: The project included one 3m × 2.5m monument sign system, three illuminated channel letters and various applied signage components, delivered to different sites, increasing packaging, coordination, and distribution complexity.

All components were precisely finished, assembled, and quality inspected, then carefully packaged to maintain alignment accuracy during transportation and ensure installation readiness.
