Supernatural Wellness Center: Diverse Signage Enhancing Brand Experience

Overview

Supernatural, Canada’s first advanced longevity and wellness centre in Ontario, delivers personalized wellness solutions through cutting-edge technology, precision diagnostics, and tailored programs. Supernatural sought a series of minimalist, elegant, and premium signage solutions that perfectly matched their sophisticated environment. In this project, LC Sign provided Supernatural with a complete healthcare signage system, including wall-mounted acrylic box signs, solid acrylic door signs, a double-sided etched sign, and a freestanding illuminated acrylic box sign to create a refined and cohesive brand experience.

Challenges

Throughout the project, LC Sign encountered several challenges requiring careful coordination, technical expertise, and flexible solutions to achieve successful results.

• Design Alignment Challenges:The project presented challenges in achieving precise design alignment, including understanding the signage placement, intended use, and specific spatial requirements.
• Multiple Mounting Requirements：The installation process faced challenges with 14 acrylic door signs requiring different installation approaches, including screw fixing, 3M adhesive, and L-shaped corner applications.
• Urgent Multi-Type Signage Production: The tight 8-day production timeline for 31 signage sets across 4 different types created challenges in coordination, efficiency, and quality consistency.

Process

The project was carefully executed through a series of coordinated phases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and a refined brand identity.

Phase 1: Design Coordination
The team aligned with Supernatural on the overall project direction, clarifying visual expectations, application scenarios, and key details to ensure the signage solution matched the intended environment.

Phase 2: Design Review & Production Preparation
Detailed design files and specifications were carefully reviewed before production, with material selection, technical requirements, and fabrication considerations confirmed to ensure seamless execution.

Phase 3: Multi-Type Signage Manufacturing
This phase demonstrated LC Sign’s expertise as an experienced healthcare signage manufacturer, with advanced fabrication techniques and strict quality control ensuring each signage piece achieved precise details, consistent finishes, and premium visual quality.

Phase 4: Customized Installation & Final Delivery
The completed signage was professionally installed according to different application requirements, ensuring accurate placement, reliable performance, and a cohesive integration with the surrounding space.
